THE ALL-THEORY THEORY
Science, which I have come to view as a religion in and of itself, has over the years been trying to reconcile the varied theories into one big overly complex theory. There has been progress.
I too, a believer in experience, have been trying to bring together these many theories and principles. I, a rather differential scientist, calls it the ALL THEORY.
The hypothesis goes: YOU ARE RIGHT!
This is the one thing that everyone is so determined to argue and fight about. It seems that everyone assumes that the experiential wisdom of another, once stated, negates their own. The egos get triggered, each feeling lessened of value because the statement of another did not reinforce their own.
Ever walked into an argument only to find that these said parties had absolutely no reason to going at each other? You, the third or even fourth party, with a different perspective found their statements and assumed position to be equitably true and important!
The ego is a fragile thing really, the identity one grows and assumes in life is. Mainly because these labels that we take onto ourselves and identify with have very little value other than the prejudiced ‘honor’ and ‘respect’ they bring amongst man. They are often based on outside positions as opposed to deeply rooted and seated values we hold sacred. In this day and age, many don’t even realize that we have such things as values that make life sacred to us as it is.
Should we look beyond communal values, taboos and accepted norms in certain social circles we find unspoken things that tie us all together in the human experience. For instance, we all want to feel loved and verily especially important. The earnest farmers wakes up every day to farm because he understands the works of his hands support a multitude of beings in the human society. Should he care more for the titles and privileges that comes with certain of them, we would all starve from lack of food production. Need I remind many that we indeed are facing this threat as more and more people move towards titles and shun farming?
Simplicity has always allowed that we see things for the true depth of value they offer. But we have steadily dedicated ourselves as species to complicate life more and more as we have lived. So now, we have fallen in love with the many ‘shiny offers’ and fell out of love with authenticity and the joy of simple life. Having lost ourselves the more, the egos have become more fragile through the years while as these sense of identities were nothing more than a navigational tool. Not knowing where to navigate to, where we are coming from or headed to, these tools have been weaponized …as everything else these days, instead.
So yeah, guess what? YOU ARE FREAKING RIGHT!

I could keep going on and on and on on this but you get the point. Don’t even let me get started on the religions and spirituality talks and all …like sheesh! So know what. everyone must be right …to a degree!
